Trump responds to Reagan ad with own commercial featuring Jean Chrétien strangling protestor

Shawinigan, Quebec – US President Donald Trump has responded to Ford’s anti-tariff commercial with his own anti-protestor commercial featuring previous Canadian prime minister Jean Chrétien.

“Looks like Canada’s leaders made mistakes too,” wrote Trump on Truth Social. “Not that Reagan ever made mistakes, because he never said tariffs were bad. But look at this John Chretien guy, strangles a protestor, kind of seems fun actually.”

The Trump administration has reported that if those ads do well, they have a few more commercials lined up including Canadian parliament giving a Nazi a standing ovation and even more embarrassing, evidence of a former prime minister choosing to voluntarily spend time with Katy Perry.

“There’s just so much ammunition with these Canadians,” said Trump after he was asked about Israel breaking a ceasefire. “That Ford guy thinks he got me? No one gets Trump. I’ve got at least three more examples of Canadians doing dumb stuff. I doubt American politicians have done anything else dumb.”

When asked about the blowback from the Reagan commercial, Ford revealed he had no plans for any more commercials, but a lot of plans regarding, “…beer and alcohol stuff. Maybe stop signs too.”
