OTTAWA – RCMP instructed Human Rights Watch to leave a damning report on abuse allegations of Aboriginal girls and women on the desk of the Duty Officer beside his taser.
“Yeah, we’ll look at it next week,” Staff Sergeant Larry Boudreaux told Human Rights Watch researcher Meaghan Rhoad while she was submitting the report. “You know, I’ve never seen such a young, attractive, bleeding-heart liberal like yourself. Maybe we should take a spin in my cruiser sometime?”
“Ask the boys to show you out,” Boudreaux added while finishing his glass of scotch.
