White guy at party doesn’t need blackface to prove he’s racist

– A local Caucasian man feels no need to make an effort by wearing blackface at a costume party to prove that he is a bigot.

“What a bunch of amateurs,” Daniel Ivor, 21, muttered to his girlfriend about four white guys who painted their faces and bodies black to impersonate the Jamaican Bobsled team. “We already know, guys. We got the point a few years ago.”

Ivor decided to go as a vampire this year instead of having to prove his racist views by going as a concentration camp prisoner, a brown-faced suicide bomber or a black-faced Ebola patient.

“I’d much prefer to use racial slurs and blame the reason of my unemployment on racial minorities and immigrants than stoop to such a passé costume,” Ivor added.

At press time, Ivor was sneering at a red-faced indigenous costume for being very “un-originally racist.”
