Report: Mark Messier somewhere inside the house

North Bay, ON – Although there has been no confirmed sighting, the Cameron family are convinced that legend and friendly faced spokesman is somewhere in their house, waiting to burst out and start talking about Rogers NHL Gamecentre Live.

“It started when I realized that I was watching my Leafs on the TV, while my husband Carl was using his laptop to see the Sens game,” said Cindy Cameron. “That’s when I heard the dog start barking at the darkness outside and a voice started whispering a prepared speech about being able to see all your favourite team’s games no matter where you are.”

“I yelled at everyone to stop watching hockey conveniently on multiple platforms, but it was too late. He was already here,” she added.

Fear of Messier’s impending intrusion was not limited to the adults of the household, as the creaking of floorboards had convinced Stevie Cameron, 13, that a large bald man in a leather jacket was about to emerge from somewhere and playfully rebuke him for using his to watch the Oilers when he should be doing his homework.

“What gave him away was that I could hear the crunch of someone eating more than just one Lays potato chips. That guy really commits to the brands that hire him as a spokesman,” said Stevie.

The Camerons are only the latest to experience a Messier ambush, as the former Rangers captain has also made sudden appearances at bars and hockey games, as well as crawling slowly out of a and into real life at a home in Moose Jaw.
