LOS ANGELES – Variety reported this morning that Adam Sandler’s marriage, a long-running project with actress Jacqueline Titone, may be getting a shakeup with the addition of Rob Schneider and David Spade.
Sandler was initially rumoured to be ankling the project all together, but insiders report that the powers that be felt the marriage’s issues could be addressed in the same way many of Sandler’s other projects have upped their bankability: the attachment of his old SNL alum pals.
No word yet on what roles Spade and Schneider will play in the marriage, but past experience tells us there will be hijinks aplenty.
This is not the first time a Hollywood heavy has added big-name co-stars to their marriage in an effort to keep the project’s investors from backing out.
Last summer, Michael Bay launched a series of marriages by adding Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson to the franchise.
