Man really needed boys’ night to take mind off climate change

TORONTO – A night out with the boys has proven to be just what local man Pouyan Shah needed to take his mind off of the biosphere’s ongoing collapse.

“It was so great to just hang out with the guys,” Shah said. “We never get to spend enough time together these days, between work, and relationships, and agonizing over how most of the is bleached and dead.”

Shah says that an evening of hot wings and cold pilsners with some wisecracking knuckleheads was just the thing to keep him from thinking about a polar bear slowly floating towards the horizon on a shrinking raft of ice.

“Man, I don’t even wanna picture that,” said Shah, for once talking about one of Owen’s sexcapades, rather than the devastation of the Amazon rainforest. “Bro that’s hella nasty!”

This is the first time Shah has gone 20 minutes without thinking about living through the greatest mass extinction in 70 million years since Owen and the guys took him go-karting on his birthday.
