World Vision to throw in free poor child if you sponsor 5 or more goats

Monrovia, CA – One of the world’s largest christian aid programs is offering its donors the free gift of an impoverished child when you adopt 5 or more goats for his or her village.

“We are offering a small gift for our generous foster goat parents” said World Vision representative Mia Kendallhoff at World Vision Headquarters. “There are so many young goats living in poverty and have no where to go.”

Kendallhoff cited the example of one young goat named Nibbles who was rescued from being eaten by starving villagers in Uganda. It took Nibbles several hours to walk to a water source where he could harass locals and eat their food. But thanks to a kind sponsor, Nibbles can finally go to school and eat textbooks.

“And then there was the story of Capra,” Kendalhoff said with a slight whimper in her voice. “She was forced into a life of exploitation for her milk by greedy sustenance farmers until her rescue by one of our missionaries. She now lives free of exploitation with 12 of her siblings thanks to a generous sponsor from Ohio.”

For a little over $1.00 a day, sponsors can give a goat a chance to grow up to live a healthy and meaningful life. Being a goat parent means you will receive regular photos and letters from your goat. Also, during the Holiday Season, you will get a special edition of “So this is Christmas” as performed by World Vision’s all-goat choir as a special gift.

Goat sponsors will get to pick a poor child of their choice as long as supplies last.
