WASHINGTON DC — For his final State of the Union address, US President Barack Obama is reportedly wearing a stunning sequin green dress.
Obama, who is expected to comment on such complicated matters as gun control and the Iranian nuclear deal, is sending a message to Congress that he is confident in a sparkling, sleeveless creation of Donna Karan.
